Information on how to join the NCRE LinkedIn group
The group on LindedIn is there to help people who passed the NCRE examination, we are an unofficial group and we don't have links with NCE office - therefore we must use different means to verify identity of candidates who want to join the group. Here is our policy:
- people who would like to join the group MUST provide some proof of the NCRE status
What is considered a proof?
1. Scanned letter from the NCE office where the candidate was informed she/he was put on the roster TOGETHER with link to the NCRE website where we can verify the convocation number. Please send this letter to one of group managers.
OR
2. PUBLIC STATEMENT by any existing member of the ncreforum to the effect that she or him knows the new candidate and is sure the new candidate passed the NCRE examination successfuly (again, we repeat: this statement must be public, sent to all other people in the group, no behind-the-scenes statements are accepted - if somebody is found cheating, their accounts are removed, and their "fame" spread amongst us...)
OR
3. Reply from the current NCE office, please follow this procedure:
a) Send an e-mail inquiry to the NCE office, into the BCC (blind copy) add e-mail address of the LinkedIn NCRE administrator
b) After you receive reply from NCE, forward this reply to the same administrator (as in the BCC above)
It is important that we receive the the first e-mail in BLIND COPY at the same time as NCE office, and that we know it was addressed to the NCE (in other words, don't put NCE's office e-mail into the BCC field, put it into the normal To: field)

Approved members can join the dedicated forum at Yahoo! -- this is highly recommended, because the forum is THE EXCELLENT SOURCE of information.
If later on, new information is discovered, decisions can be revoked.
